The Lifestyle Fitness Assesment is the initial consultation between the members and our Wellness Coaches. We use postural analysis and movement testing to determine and set appropriate fitness goals for each individual. The Lifestyle Assesment is an important tool that puts the focus on corrective exercise, with retesting after an eight week period to determine progress over time. This gives our members detailed and specific programming to achieve their wellness goals.
1 Hour Wellness Coaching
Level 1 - Level 1 coaches hold a national certification in Personal training and have passed the SCSA's (S Clubs Science Academy) education program. Highly skilled and results oriented, these fitness professionals are perfect for first time exercisers with basic fitness goals and no medical issues.
Level 2 - Level 2 coaches posess all of the above and also hold additional certification such as Pre/Post Natal exercise, Medical exercise, etc.
Level 3 - Level 3 coaches have added Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in health related studies to the aforementioned credentials. As true specialists, Level 3 trainers are prepared to guide special needs clients to health and vitality.
Flex therapy - Stretching is the most neglected component of fitness programming. Usually done before or after exercise, stretching is a minor detail in most exercise routines. Our technicians will teach you how to safley and properly stretch your entire body using a series of biomechanically correct techniques and movement patterns.
Proper flexibilty training improves posture, blood circulation, respiratory function, joint range of motion and produces a noticeable increase in energy levels. The results are immediate and the feeling is divine.
