Standard 60 minute Nutrition Counseling Session
Learning the best ways to eat and prepare food can help your body maximize nutrition absorption, increase energy, improve digestion, and balance at a healthy body weight. Nutrition counseling helps you assess the foods you eat and love, and teaches you how to get the most nutrition from these choices. Proper diet can have endless rewards, especially for those living with chronic health concerns such as allergies, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stress, fluctuating mood, fatigue, and/or depression.
 

Specialty sessions
Hormone balancing/Prescription medication Nutrition Sessions

In these 60 minute sessions learn the best nutrition to balance the hormonal system or to support your existing prescription medications for a variety of health concerns. The body often needs specialized nutrients, routines and techniques to maximize digestion, nutrient absorption and energy levels before, during and after adopting these life changes.
 

Weightloss/Weight balance Nutrition Sessions

These 60 minute sessions will target a focused weightloss or weight balance goal which will set a target weight and timeframe for that goal. It will also include tailored daily targets for proteins, fats and carbohydrates that complements your level of physical activity. These sessions are geared towards foods that will support energy levels, improve and support weight balance concerns and provide methods for maintaining goals while traveling, eating at restaurants, during holidays, etc.
