Weightloss/Weight balance Nutrition Sessions
These 60 minute sessions will target a focused weightloss or weight balance goal which will set a target weight and timeframe for that goal. It will also include tailored daily targets for proteins, fats and carbohydrates that complements your level of physical activity. These sessions are geared towards foods that will support energy levels, improve and support weight balance concerns and provide methods for maintaining goals while traveling, eating at restaurants, during holidays, etc.
