They saved my life and now they are saving my wife's...
I met Renee Daniels a year and a half ago, at Seventh Heaven. After some quick body work in their booth I decided to give them a try. I have suffered for over thirty years with various back problems leading to feeling like I had electricity running down both legs and into my feet which burned constantly. Through their program of stretch and strength i was able to run within one month, something I haven't done in fifteen years, but the electricity is now off and I have not felt this good since my late twenties. This boutique gym has the best trainers in New York. They are now giving me back my wife who had been getting worse every year following a disectomy and fusion of two levels of her neck along with a forty degree scoliosis. She is showing great improvement for the first time after she had just about given up hope of being pain free. This is the only place that has helped and she tried everything from doctors to P/T to acupuncture etc. . This is the place if you have a problem or are just looking for a great friendly gym."
